Carson is really becoming a baseball nut.
He spends a ton of time throwing (and chasing) the ball in the yard, and pretending to be the pitcher and catcher. And when he hits his ball off the tee, he runs the bases – and as he rounds each base, he yells “FIRST DOWN! SECOND DOWN! THIRD DOWN! HOME RUN!!!!!”
Carson started t-ball this past week with some of his buddies. I guess all they did was practice throwing and catching and running – there was no actual hitting a ball. When Mallory & I showed up (after M’s rock climbing class), I told C it was almost over and time to go home and he got so angry because they hadn’t actually played baseball. So hopefully next week they will actually get to do more stuff.
He cracks me up. Check out his pitching wind-up. And the bottom picture is the funniest.
Rick taught him how to give signs when he is the catcher.
Too cute. :) The last picture IS the best. Ha.
All catchers should wear green rain boots!! Love it!!
