Well it’s been Two Weeks

April 22, 2013

I had a birthday, Carson had a birthday, I got sick (and better) Carson got sick, Michigan won in basketball (semi-finals of Final 4), Carson got better, Michigan lost in the championship, Mallory got sick, Carson had his 4-yr old well-child visit, Mallory was still sick, Mallory got better, Rick felt sick and drank ginger ale and felt better.
And that, my friends, was the first two weeks of April.

FINALLY the Treasure Chest

Ever since Mallory started losing teeth, she’s been on this “I DON’T WANT YOU TO PULL IT OUT BECAUSE I WANT TO LOSE IT AT SCHOOL SO I CAN GET A TREASURE CHEST!!!” This results in some disgustingly loose teeth that hang on by a thread for weeks and weeks longer than they need to because she is waiting for it to fall out at school.
Tooth #4 had been ready to come out for a while and we were back on tooth watch.

My baby is FOUR

Holy moly, guacamole. As much as I try to bribe and cajole my kids into not getting older/bigger/sassier, it keeps on happening. The most recent milestone was my sweet baby boy turning FOUR yesterday.
Carson’s well-child appointment isn’t until next week so I can’t report on his physical stats, but I can surely fill you in on the rest of him.
I am feeling lazy so I’ll just bullet point:
